Dan Baker
Senior Vice President |
Dan started his career in the Automotive Aftermarket in 1978 when he joined Tuff-Kote Dinol, Incorporated as a Store Manager Trainee. Dan was with Tuff-Kote Dinol Incorporated from 1978 - 1988 serving as a Store Manager, District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager - East Region, and General Manager of Operations. In 1988 Ziebart International Corporation purchased the Trademarks for Tuff-Kote Dinol in North America. Dan served as a Regional Sales Manager and as Marketing Manager for the new Ziebart subsidiary TKD North America Ltd., from 1988 - 1991.
In 1991 Dan was assigned as an Operations Manager in the Retail Operations division of Ziebart International Corporation. In 1992 Dan was elevated to Director, North American Retail Operations, and was named Vice President of Retail Operations in 2004.
Dan is currently a Senior Vice President responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in Region 1, and for product development within the detailing and scratch & scuff repair service categories. In addition, he also sits on the Ziebart Board of Directors and serves as President of the North American Liability Fund (NALF). |

Jim Levagood

In 1994, Jim came to Ziebart International Corporation from the electronics and computer distribution industry. Jim initially worked in the Franchise Development department in several capacities, including franchise sales, franchise demographics and mapping, as well as site location and development. He also coordinated the co-branding rollouts of Speedy Auto Glass and Rhino Linings to the North American dealer body. In 2001 Jim moved to the IT department to takeover responsibility for Ziebart's worldwide computer infrastructure, as well as development and support of its point of sale software, and corporate application development. |

William R. Patterson
Vice President and Treasurer |
In 2005, William R. Patterson came to Ziebart International Corporation as Director of Finance from Prestolite Wire Corporation, a Tier 1 automotive wire supplier, where he was employed for over 25 years, most recently as Corporate Controller. Bill has extensive management background in accounting and treasury management, as well as merger and acquisition experience. He oversees all accounting and treasury functions for Ziebart International Corporation. In December of 2006 the Ziebart Board of Directors named Bill Patterson to the position of Vice President and Treasurer. |

In 1984, Michael A. Pino came to Ziebart International Corporation from Hughes & Hatcher, a clothier in metro Detroit. In working for Ziebart International, Mike has served as Retail Operations Manager, Product Manager of Accessories, Regional Director of Sales, Director of Product Management, Vice President Franchise Operations, Vice President Product Developmentand is currently Senior Vice President. |

Michael W. Riley

In 1985, Michael W. Riley came to Ziebart International Corporation from Tru-Green Corp, where he was Service Manager. Mike served first as Sales and Service Manger in a company store 24 years ago. Since that time he has worked in all aspects of franchise operations from Technical Trainer, Product Development Manager, District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, Director of Branch Operations, Vice President of Retail Operations, Vice President Franchise Operations and is currently Senior Vice President. |

Sue Spriet
Director of Administration |
In August 1988, Sue came to Ziebart International Corporation as a bookkeeper shortly after Ziebart International purchased the North American rights to Tuff Kote Dianol. Sue has an extensive management background in accounting and administration management. She currently oversees the Human Resources Department, Order Services Department, Customer Service Department, and switchboard operations. |

Thomas E. Wolfe
President and Chief Executive Officer |
Tom has been Ziebart International Corporation's president and chief executive officer since 1994, after serving for four years as Executive Vice President and CFO.
In his present capacity, Tom is responsible for the total corporate profit plan for Ziebart International Corp., the parent company and main licensor of the Ziebart franchises in more than 400 stores in 40 countries.
Tom, who has served Ziebart for 30 years, has been continually diversifying Ziebart to offer customers additional car care options to enhance and maintain cars and trucks. Under Tom's leadership Ziebart International entered into strategic business partnerships with Rhino Linings®, Speedy Auto Glass®, and Vitro Plus AutoGlass®, all industry leaders in their respective fields. Tom also directed the acquisition of Tuff-Kote Dinol and TidyCar.
In December 1994, Wolfe led Ziebart employees in a buyout of the company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. He is also responsible for expanding Ziebart's presence internationally, including the recent signing of master franchises in Romania, Kazakhstan, Yemen, Jordon and other strategic international markets.
Prior to joining Ziebart in 1977, he was manager and supervisor of small business development for the Detroit office of Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants.
Tom is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Franchise Association, Detroit Economic Club and Detroit Athletic Club, for which he served on the Board of Directors from 1994 to 2000 and in 2000 as president. He also served as past president and trustee of the Eastern Michigan University Foundation. |
